my barends-35g/pair!!

thanks a lot! im not allowed to post some pictures of the process, because a well known manufactory and myself are trying to make a series production of them! anyway it was a really hard work!

thanks guys! these are alloy bolds but i would recommand titanium bolds. i just mounted them for the picture!

the best you can imagine! due to the huge contact surface! 4,5Nm is absoluetly enough! (normally you need 7-9Nm). have a look at the picture and you´ll know what im talking about!

ti faccio troppo esperto per non capire quali siano le forze con cui vanno serrate quelle viti, almeno se non vuoi che i bar ends facciano il giro della morte attorno al manubrio ogni volta che ti aggrappi ad essi.

Se fosse una M5 in Al7075, serrata 4,5 Nm, potrebbe essere a rischio.

L'applicazione non è poi così banale, in caso di rottura non perdi una borraccia, eviterei...

M5 in ergal assolutamente da evitare, con M6 già un po' meglio..

ragazzi,  lo ha specificato pure lui... solo per la pesata  , se no venivano sopra 35 g ...

il valore di 4,5 lo da come serraggio supponendo il titanio per evitare di danneggiare i manubri in carbonio:
