La Methanol SL Team Edition è un telaio monoscocca in carbonio costruito con tre differenti fibre a modulo alto - Toray 40T – 30 T e T700. Particolarità della Methanol SL è la costruzione TWT (Triple Wall Tube) che rende il telaio più rigido e leggero. Il design Bianchi ERC (Embedded Reinforcement Construction) presenta rinforzi strutturali nei punti maggiormente sollecitati, riducendo le torsioni del telaio e contribuendo ad aumentare la stabilità della bicicletta.
